What can be reviewed
Score errors, team identity, cohort/year assignment, division, league/network classification, duplicate identities and missing or misattributed public results can be reviewed.
What to include
Please provide the team or organization name, season, year, division, league, the specific record in question and any public evidence that helps identify the issue.
How disputes are handled
Hockey Registry reviews the underlying evidence and identity context. Rankings are not changed simply because a team dislikes its position; corrections are made when the supporting data or classification warrants it.
